HURRICANE SEASONS ALMOST HERE!...WE NEED TO SELL THIS CAMPER... SO PLEASE READ ON FOR MORE INFO!! Exterior in decent condition & the interior in great condition. Email for more pictures. Has Bathtub w/ shower head, separate closed-in toilet, bathroom sink area which can be closed off w/ pocket door and sliding divider into the back bedroom. Wood cabinets and all wood surfaces in excellent condition. The back half has some water-damage.

Lots of closet and storage space! Replaced the old carpet with wood-looking tile linolium--works great if you have pets and live in a sandy area. Easy to clean and maintain. Refrigerator,freezer and microwave work great.Camper comes with stove and oven, but we havent had to use it.

A/C Units in front and back half (back half uses generator-not included since it was removed when I bought it) part of the camper. Roof has been recoated with rubberized roof coating, no leaks. We are moving back to Wisconsin and NEED TO SELL THIS WITHIN THE NEXT **TWO WEEKS** (by May 12th) We need to sell this to help us move back to Wisconsin.
