Description
1991 Jayco 5th wheel, in great condition. It is about 30.5 feet long. Has lots of storage inside and out.
Good roof, all appliances and utilities work. Has relatively new refrigerator with separate freezer, one of the a/c units is only a couple years old. The other unit is ducted. Also has ducted gas heat. Gas hot water heater. All tires are about 2yrs old. Has a small slide out area that has been converted into a desk, but could make a great entertainment center as well.
Has microwave, gas stove top, and gas oven. Dining area, separate bedroom in the "upstairs" area with queen bed and lots of closets, plus storage under the bed.
Also has new a/c to d/c power converter, and new battery. The battery has held it's charge for about 9mths or more with occasional light usage and pumping the water holding tank empty for winterizing. Has gray and black water holding tanks as well.
Some renovations have been started. Was going to be used as a weekend get-a-way home, but due to illness, the renovations have not been able to be completed. It is a great unit that was on its way to looking like a new one on the inside.
The only problems with the unit that we are aware of are as follows. The slide out has to be cranked out manually, or the motor could be replaced. Also one of the landing gear legs needs some work. It will not crank up and down with the hand crank the way it should. Also the canvas on the owning needs to be replace it was ripped loose during a bad wind storm. No one was there to close it. Other than these few things every thing is in good working order.
These problems were not an issue, because the unit was going to be sitting on a semi-permanent lot, there for using a hand jack to level it once, and putting the slide out manually was not an issue. If you were going to use it to travel you would probably want to fix those issues.
