Unit is a 1989 32' Mallard Sprinter Class A motorhome powered by a gas 454 cu. in. Chevy. Coach has 98,390 miles, rebuilt engine has 14,850 miles on it. Have all paperwork, receipts for work done. Also have owners manual.

Clear title.

Generator is gasoline powered. Could not find an hour meter, but it looks and runs like new.

Vehicle was painted about a year ago using Dupont Deltron 2 part acrylic enamel. All 6 tires were replaced recently as were the chrome wheels and shocks. Airlift added to suspension (Comfort Ride). Remote control mirrors recently replaced. Vehicle equiped with cruise control. Upper control arm bushings on both sides replaced. New clearance lights, i. d. lights, retractable step and drivers side door. Duo-care dual roof air conditioners changed recently. No leaks. Windows removed and resealed, new hardware. Awning is in excellent condition.

Owner is non-smoker.

Coach sleeps 6. Queen sized walk-around bed in rear with storage underneath. TV in rear bedroom. TV with VCR and CD player on console between the two swivel front seats. A third swivel seat is located just ahead of the dinet. Overhead bed above driver/passenger seats. The 7' couch/bed is electric motor operated. Dinet converts to bed. A new Sony CD/MP3/WMA player with AM-FM and a Cobra CB radio are included. New window blinds. Interior trim recovered. Restroom includes shower, small tub, new toilet, new vent fan/motor and vent cover. Kitchen includes new microwave, recent refrigerator and new faucet. Stove and oven have been used minimally. New carpet throughout, floor is solid. New light fixtures and electrical outlets. Coach has massive amounts of storage.

Seller will deliver vehicle for cost of fuel and return airfare.
