Description
Lots to like: 2 big slides, awnings, open feel inside (love the big tall windows in the hallway), good looking coach, ducted a/c, sleeps 6, workhorse chassis, 8.1L/Allison combo, air ride, Marquis Gold gen, appears to have the optional gel coat offered, full body paint, SIDE HALLWAY (very nice, popular layout thats hard to find, gives you lots of privacy in bath and bedroom, and so much more.
This is a well built Damon. This company has been building quality units for years and the coach's are built to last.
This unit is built on the strong Workhorse chassis and is powered by the powerful 8.1L Vortec motor that is running cool with plenty of oil pressure. The overdrive transmission shifts smoothly. We drove this coach approx. 1000 miles with no problems.
I would drive this coach anywhere.
Very nice appearing coach inside and out.
This unit has a nice layout and makes great use of space. There is plenty of storage space in this unit.
All systems check out fine in this unit. The roof airs that runs on electric if plugged into shore power or can run off electric the generator produces while traveling down the road is cold. The fridge that runs off electric from shore power or generator as well as propane that is stored under coach in a tank is cold. Plumbing and electric work fine as pictured.
The Vortec 8.1L motor starts right up and has plenty of power.
The Allison automatic overdrive transmission shifts smoothly as it should. The brakes stop the coach on a dime. |
