I am from Montana. I am posting this ad for my grandfather in San Diego/El Cajon CA. As he is not very computer inclined, I agreed to help him out.
First, a little history on the motorhome. It belonged to Bud Rasco, a man semi-famous with his rodeo skills. Throughout most of the 90's, this motorhome went all over the place, going to different rodeos around the country. A few years back, Bud passed away and his wife inherited it for a while, and then my grandfather Robert purchased it. It has been very well taken care of throughout its lifetime, with most bills of repair and all previous titles included. It meets California emissions requirements. It has cedar lined closets; all other woodwork including cabinetry is solid natural oak. The tires are about 2 years old. They are in pretty good shape according to what I saw when he visited here last summer. The fridge was replaced about two years ago and a brand new hot water heater was put in last summer, right in my folks' driveway. Robert is retired, and has had a lot of time to tinker and clean and maintain and fix any problems on the motorhome. It's received a lot of love. We even washed and waxed it from stem to stern this summer. More than one person, including my grandfather, said we were crazy! But boy did it look sharp after that! It was in good condition when he bought it, and it's only improved since. From what I can see, this motorhome is in pretty good condition for being almost 20 years old. Call Robert at 1-619-817-8570.
