Pantry, recliner/rocker, beige carpet, corner shower with skylight, separate toilet, LARGE mirrored closet, ample storage inside unit (some we do not even use), good basement storage, rear levelers, electric front jacks, window awnings, large awning over entry, three slide outs, ducted air and heat, new ac unit Spring 2004, washer and dryer (stackable), 55 gallon water capacity, 13,500 lbs dry weight. TV and satellite equipment do not convey but wiring is there. On the advise of our bank manager, we will only accept a wire transfer into our bank account because of fraud on the internet.
