2004 MONACO Diplomat 39 feet, This unit is in excellent condition and all regular maintenance such as oil changes, grease, filters, and etc. have been completed by me. I was an rv tech and believe in preventive maintenance. I am selling because I am building a new home and we just don't travel much anymore. I have extras such as Regal cherry cabinetary, aluminum wheels, full pass slide out tray, 3M film mask, power sunvisors, co-pilot seat with power foot rest, power sunvisors, 4 door refrig. with icemaker, stainless steel conv mic. home theater/dvd, flatscreen tvs, surround sound, tile entry, hide away sofa, ultra leather recliner, onan 7.5 diesel generator with 98 hrs., energy management system, china toilet, combo washer and dryer, full body paint, 6-way power seat, cb radio, adjustable foot pedals, tile floor in kitchen, entrance and bath, automatic satelite, I have also installed a banks system on my engine and has boosted hp to 400 horse power and mileage is 10mpg at 60mph.
