1998 Fleetwood Southwind 35s, 37,000 mi, Ford 460 engine and Ford F550 chassis, 5500 Onan generator, 1 Slide, hydraulic leveling jacks, rear camera, 2 ducted roof A/C’s , power and heated mirrors, gas/electric refrigerator with ice maker, solar battery charger, 6 gal water heater, outside shower, day/night shades, 3 burner range with oven, filtered water dispenser, sleeps 6 , the dinette turns into a bed as does the couch, it has a queen size bed in the bedroom, tires and batteries were replaced last year, oil changed regularly, roof was just coated with Liquid Roof for RV's, generator was just serviced, brakes just done, Class 3 trailer hitch that was professionally tied into the frame (cost $1300), it is mechanically sound, I am the second owner, $27,000.00 obo any questions please call Jim @ 646-879-9444
