1989 Jayco 5th Wheel Travel Trailer 34 feet.

Nearly finished updating but family situation has changed requiring us to sell. We bought this trailer from the original owner in North Carolina in 2000. She had kept it in a park and we did also so it has had very little traveling time.

We had it brought to Detroit by a professional trailer mover in the fall of 2004 when we moved here from North Carolina. He also repacked the bearings and replaced the brakes. He said it pulled very smoothly as though it was a much smaller trailer.

We had begun updating but did not finish. It still needs a new refrigerator, air conditioner work (electric ceiling heat works), dinette, and water heater. It has a new full size bathtub with shower surround, new marine toilet, new awning (still in the box), new flooring, new tires, and new roof coating.

It was the deluxe model so has oak cabinetry, built in china cabinet, built-in whole house vac, built in AM, FM, cassette player, stacked washer/
dryer, conventional oven and burners, storm windows, living room slide-out, queen size bed and full size closets.

The NADA blue book lists the resale value now as about $7000. We will take off of that $2500. for the additional items that need to be added to complete the update.

Our asking price is $4500.
