MUST SELL ASAP $3900 'HANDYMAN SPECIAL REAR MASTER BEDROOM , SPLIT BATH DINNETE BED,FULLSIZE PULLOUT SOFA...
here is a detailed breakdown.of the overall condition..it needs.frig. thermostat, a couple of the original skylights are cracked so i bought two new skylights upgraded w/ fans they need nothing only a quick instalation , this RV is equipped with a generator, an Onan 4.0 �the very best� with very low hours !the generator is worth a couple thousand dollars by itself! when i bought the RV the generator carb float was sticking. i sprayed it down and it was running great i then installed a new exhaust on it. but from then from lack of use..the carb. float is sticking again but minor quick fix., I also instaled new ducted high btu furnace ($350) it is ready to go only needs exterior chrome plate for intake and exhaust mounted (I have the piece it just needs mounting) all windows and screens work well and are in great shape but one screen has partially come free from frame and needs to be partially remounted (may need small bead of rubber stripping used for mounting screens also available from home store), at some point the gray water and sewer tanks were damaged from rear tire blow outs.i have removed both tanks the gate valve has been saved and the wire for the sensors have been left in place , ready for instalation of replacement tanks.( these are available from and rv store or mail order or website), the tanks mount w/ common metal stripping and conected to the valve w/ pvc pipe. next i haveinstalled a new tv vcr swivel rack in rear bedroom. there is some minor water damage from a leak in the rear bedroom window years ago, i have fixed the leak but a small piece of panelling will be needed for water damaged area( once again home depot or home store for 5-10 dollars ) two new batteries intalled last year. along w/ the front disc brakes 1 caliper and rotor. I bought this rv w/ intentions of fixing these items, but various reasons have forced me sell asap! i currently got laid off, lost my storage and need to pay for a surgery all off these reasons are forcing sale asap...email [email protected] for pictures thanks troy
