Description
This is a 2004 Coachmen 30' Class A Roadmaster motorhome we purchased in 2003. We have decided to upgrade to a unit with slides and are selling this at a great savings - MSRP was over $80,000 new and we are selling at almost 1/2 this cost. Everything is in perfect working order and we have taken great care of our "baby". We have added many extras including a backup camera system, maxi air vents, skirt in back, custom built wood center console.
This is a great unit and we would not be selling it if we were not looking for something bigger. Unit has rear bedroom with queen size walk around bed and two closets with nightstand area and drawer, plus additional large overhead storage. Room vent in bedroom along with side windows on each side and large rear window. Split bathroom with glass shower enclosure, skylight, and light in shower on one side and toliet and sink in seperate room with door on other. Lot's of storage in bathroom and roof vent with power fan. Large double doored closet in hallway area with two large drawers underneath. Kitchen has fridgerator/freezer combo (nice and roomy packed food for five for 11 day trip), full size microwave, three burner stove, oven, double kitchen sink with Brita Filter, lots of storage area. There are 2 additional roof vents in hallway area and Kitchen area. Kitchen table has overhead storage and folds down into a bed to sleep two. Couch folds flat into bed to sleep two. Also has chair. There are seatbelts for 10 total in the unit (4 at table, 3 at couch, 1 at chair, 1 driver, 1 passenger). All window treatments, curtains, valances, and window blinds (on all windows) go with unit.
Electronics included with this unit include a large color television overhead of the drivers compartment (I believe it is 25", not 100% sure), DVD player, in dash stero/tape player. There is a retractable television antena and the RV has telephone and Cable ready hook-ups. There is also a mirror in the bedroom that folds down to make shelf for placing a small television in the bedroom. There are electrical outlets and cable television outlets in place just for this purpose. We used this shelf for a nice 9" color flat screen television with built in DVD player so we could watch TV in the bedroom while the kids watched a movie up front (the 9" TV is not included with the motorhome, but if interested may sell seperately over selling price). The front TV is completely ready for easy game hook up such as playstation or Xbox, my husband and kids would just plug it in the front jacks and play. There is also nice overhead speakers in the f |
