Used only 3 times on short trips. Under manufacturer warr until March,2006. We bought new in March,2004. Leveling jacks on all 4 corners. Stabilizer bars & hitch included. Mini-blinds,ducted A/C & heat,canopy,lots of storage. Super slide for sofa & table. Sofa makes double bed,table makes bed,queen bed in back. 2 entrance/exit doors. Everything works great.
