Description
Well maintained. Excellent condition. Great starter camper. Easy set-up. Sleeps 6. Slide-out storage trunk. Awning w/detachable screen room. Outside gas grill with exterior work table and exterior outlet. 17K BTU furnace & soft quilted-top heated mattresses (both controlled with thermostats). 3-way refrigerator (gas, electric & battery), 3-speed fan, dinnette table, privacy curtains, roof valances, and tinted vinyl windows inside. Fold over galley with 3-burner stove, sink (with electric water pump), and storage. Spare tire w/cover. Fire extinguisher & LP gas detector. All original documentation, warranties, etc. Built to last. 16' when closed; over 20' when opened. Easily pulled by V6 engine (weight 1686). This camper is in like-new condition. The canvas is like new with no tears or holes. The camper at no time leaked. It has been well taken care of and even smells like new. It was never smoked in during my ownership. New owner will be responsible for all taxes, tags, title and fees. This camper is sold AS IS with no warranty expressed or implied.
