1997 23 foot Camp Trailer
Good tires, roof A/C blows cold, nice newer fridge, micro wave, crank up TV antenna, radio and speaker system, large bathroom, shower, small tub, flush toilet, fresh water tank and dump tank in good shape, battery powered lights, small hot water heater, propane heater, stove, sink, battery powered water pump, screens on windows, double main bed with blow up mattress and a second fold down double bed area & dinette folds down into a third sleeping area, storage under main bed, two storage closets, many cupboards, storage box on front of trailer, crank out awning, spare tire, 4 leveling screw jacks underneath for comfort. Everything was working great this summer and then winterized three months ago. We never used the stove or heater but the RV store we purchased it from certified all to be working when we bought it last summer.
