Description
Selling my Holiday Rambler. She has no slide outs to leak, no leaks and is not your average travel trailer; she is a Holiday Rambler, enough said. 1994 Its 32 feet long. It is in excellent condition both inside and out.Very nicely done oak cabinetry. Twin beds in back (we turned them sideways and made a king bed, they are back to original twins). Front kitchen, huge pantry, Everything works, new microwave, large closet and guided drawers inside. Shower works great and has skylight, new toilet, all three covers are on the vents up top and none are broken. All lights work inside and out. No broken Covers on any of them and all are there. It has very nice awnings, 20 footer in front and two small ones over the back windows. Day and night shades on bedroom and dining area windows, Tons of storage both in kitchen, under beds which can be accessed from both inside and out. Front storage outside covered. Front of camper flips up to expose that storage and the two 30 gallon/lbs propane tanks. Both tanks were serviced with new valves and filled recently. Both front and back windows have flip up fitted covers unique to an HR I believe. New AC Circuit Board and New Fridge Circuit board. AC works great. Has some glue stains around the side of the linoleum, no big deal. We have used every accessory or device in this camper and everything works. Whoever buys this camper will be fortunate for a mistake I made, hence the reason for brand new circuit boards for the very nice refrigerator, AC and a new thermostat. We lived in it after the repairs I caused myself so rest assured all is well again. about six months ago, I had it sealed, new wheel bearings, brakes and everything else serviced in a big trailer shop. She is a bumper pull unit and I have the entire set up, anti-sway, weight distribution bars and a super heavy duty ball and hitch plus few other things. I can assure you that all these accessories are not cheap as I found out. Set up correctly, she pulls like she is not back there. This is a must see. Call 936-355-1861 if interested. 10,000 OBO Cash TALKS. NO PAYMENTS No Answer, please try again. Located in Apache Junction, AZ |
