The deck extends to covered cooking area (4 Foot X 6 Foot) with Grill (grill included). All furniture and air conditioner included. New carpeting inside camper last year. It is set up in The Lake Bluff Campground at Sodus Bay, NY (www.lakebluffcampground.com) on Site #12. This is a seasonal site (April 15 to October 15) and has water, electric and septic.
