The camper is in really good condition. There are no leaks in
the material of the camper or roof. The camper is 9ft before
extending to 20feet with beds pulled out queen bed on one end
and full on other. The table lays down and turns into a twin
bed. This camper will comfortably sleep 6, 8

while on vacation.

*sink with 15 gallon resavior for running water if no hook ups

*20 ft electrical cord, includeds a wattage reducer for end of
plug

*new spare and new tires on trailer

*potable water hoses for connecting sink to running water

*awning needs work (got hit by a storm) will replace with new
one if you want but it will add $135.00 to price
