Description
Immaculate condition! 2nd owners - no pets/smokers ever. Only 5520 lbs. dry weight (light as 5th wheels go). Queen bed, couch (with manual slide out) makes into bed, dinette area makes into bed, bunk beds in rear, sleeps 6-8, tub/shower with skylight, microwave, 3 burner stove, oven (never used), air conditioning, central heat, privacy tint on all glass, elec/gas refer/freezer, double stainless sink in kitchen, am/fm/cassette w 4 speakers, power front leveling jacks, scissor jacks in rear, spare tire w cover (never used), new battery, 17' awning, two - 7 gal propane tanks (almost full) - Needs nothing! Comes with Reese 5th wheel hitch (needs bedrails for pickup bed). Will deliver to most of Oregon for cost of fuel.
