1985 26' Jayco 5th Wheel Travel Trailer. Lightweight only weighs 3900 pounds, so there is no need for a heavy duty truck to pull this unit. Sleeps up to 6. New hot water heater, refrigerator and awning material all replaced in the fall of 2009. Both the furnace and air conditioner work great. The two couches pull out to beds and there are two twin mattresses up in the overhang. The standard size roof vents have covers. There is an emergency evacuation hatch in the overhang area, as well as an emergency exit window in the couch area.

Don't let the year fool you this unit is in great shape, we used this trailer every weekend for the past two years, we are only selling it because we bought another one that has a little more room in it.

I have several photos, just email me and I would be happy to send them to you. This is not a "TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE" unit it really is in great shape. Photos are all current. Believe me I've been down that path and would not steer anyone in the wrong direction.
