1994 Coachmen Catalina Lite Travel Trailer 21 foot.
Perfect condition. Everything works. Fully self-
contained. Perfect starter or for a small family or
couple. Sleeps 4. Back full bedroom with plenty of
closet and drawer space. Front dinette that turns
to a full bed and can sleep 2 more people. Kitchen
complete with stove, oven, fridge, freezer and
microwave built over the stove. Bathroom with nice
vanity space and cabinets. Shower, tub and toilet.
Just had awning spring redone so it's like brand
new. New battery. 2 big propane tanks on the front
with hard cover. Spare tire. Very good furnace and
AC both work great. Everything works on either
battery, electric or propane. Fresh water holding
tank. You name it this camper has it. It doesn't
look it's age at all. We just bought it from a
family member 6 weeks ago and they were the
original owners of it. They hardly ever used it. We
bought it thought we would occasional go camping
but we love it and decided to go bigger. Its dry
weight is 3,900 we know this for sure because we
took it to a weight stop to check it. $4,600.
