Unit has queen size bed in front and queen size bed in garage in back.
I also have a 5th wheel hitch that I can include, or if you prefer, I have a gooseneck adapter.

I have a price sheet given to me by a dealer. Book pricing is between $26k and $42k.
You will see that I am priced much lower that book value.
We have not used the rig in a couple of years as we have purchased a cabin.
Unit was towed easily with a 2003 F250 w\ 5.4 V8.
Unit is located in Pahrump, NV and is a short drive from Las Vegas. I am willing to discuss delivery.

Price is firm. My payoff is $25300. If you finance, we can let the banks work the details.
