This unit is in very good condition and has only been used sparingly. It is in excellent condition with no exterior on interior damage and no repair, it is completely factory. It came from the factory with the interior upgrades and is done in sandstone carpet and oak cabinets and all closets and furniture. It has been recently serviced with a new converter board, heating element, a new faucet in the sink, the contol valve has been replaced in the commode. The unit has an electric fire place that is not only beautiful when on but also heats the entire front. It has a double Corian sink with multiple overhead cabinets and additional food storage beside the refrigerator. The bathroom/shower area is in excellent condition and it also has the dressing mirror with storage for towels, make-up and other essentials. The tub is a garden type with shower and privacy curtain and overhead skylight. The bed is a queen size with complete storage below and cabinets above ass well as a five drawer chiffarobe it also has a six foot wide closet for hanging cloths. A new washer/dryer has been installed by Kenmore (Sears). The exterior is in good condition and a sixteen foot awning in the front over both doors. The tires have about seven-thousand miles total and the unit has a spare tire, the battery was replaced in June of this year. Their is ample storage from the outside and a new forty gallon portabel black water tank goes with this RV. All in all it is very nice! $25,999 call Paul 256-208-1410.
