One bedroom, one slide out 5th wheel with lanai, in excellent condition and meticulously maintained. Looks like a park model. Large enclosed storage under 5th wheel. New electrical, plumbing, gas lines, and 10 gallon water heater (2008). New element, controls, and switching valves for propane heating system (2007). New stove, refrigerator, (2010, 2009) and brushed nickel kitchen sink faucet (2011). New bathroom sink, faucet, shower head, vent fan (2011, 2010). New bathroom tri-mirrored cabinet (2009) over sink, new hardware on vanity and closet (2009), custom made vanity drawer, doors, and closet door (2011). New hardware, faucet, and shower head are brushed nickel. Bedroom has two closets and three-door storage unit over bed. Several storage cabinets, closet, pantry, and drawers in living/kitchen area. All wood is oak finished. New Azek paneling and trim in slide out. Dinette set and couch in trailer included. New roof moounted AC unit (2009). Trailer skirting enclosed with Azek, including vented panel openings with latches (2007). Three new rubber roof coatings (since 2007). New strip seaming on all lanai roof panel seams (maintained as needed since 2007). New vent roof cowlings (2, since 2007). New exterior electric receptacle and light on patio (2008) covered by extension of lanai roof. Trailer painted with two coats of Sherwin Williams "Direct to Metal" (2007 and again 2010). Lanai is enclosed with Azek; interior wall paneled/detailed finish trim with Azek (2007-2008). New blinds and vinyl in lanai windows as needed (since 2007).
