This is our 2005 Coachmen 30ft RV. Our daughters health forces us to sell.
Asking $11K Blue book is more

Truely the only thing wrong with it is a small rip in the canopy and there is 2 outside lights that needs bulbs.
Everything else is PERFECT.
Pulls great, Lots of room.
The dining table anliving room all slide out and gives it amazing room.
My daughter is 10 and son is 17 and they ALWAYS bring kids along to camp.
We slept me and the wife, 2 kiddies and 4 football players last time. Everyone had a good nights rest.
It has a queen bed upfront and bunk beds in the back, the first bunk is off the florr so if you needed it you could have 3 bunks with a pallet down there.
Full bath with tub and hand shower.
When we bought this trailer it still smelled new. It was bought and never used by a gentleman in Houston building a home, he stayed with his kids. We have used it approx 10 times.
Has stove, refrigerator, storage
