The front legs are electric. There is a lot of underneath storage and inside storage. We have taken excellent care of it, nothing broken or ruined at all. it has been washed often and the roof has been well maintained. The mattress is a queen size in the bedroom and a full size in the pull out couch and probably close to a full size for the dinette. Also, the mattress in the bedroom has always had a mattress pad and mattress topper on it. There is also the original bedspread that has never been used and is in the closet. It has a black, grey and fresh water tank. It also has a electric/gas hot water tank. there is plenty of under belly see thru storage, there is a RV Star Diamond warranty.
