I have a 2003 Terry by Fleetwood-RKS250. It has a slide out(sofa). Every thing is in excellent condition. All plumbing, elecrical, and mechanical parts have just been gone through and inspected by a certified rv dealer. I have all receipts for inspection. There are a few issues and that will reflect in the pricing. None of the issues would prevent the use, or enjoyment of using this unit. NADA blue book is $8995. We are asking $7500.
