You can call this unit your home. We did for 2 years as we traveled to South Dakota and to Utah. The large slides on each side of this unit makes this a very roomy living space with plenty of storage for all your belongings. I had my sewing machine set up and all my craft stuff and we had room to spare! Love, love, love the side bathroom with plenty of storage. This unit has central heat and air with an extra roof air conditioning unit in the bedroom. Has the heated basement which was necessary on those very chilly mornings in Utah. The living area has a loveseat with two recliners built into it. There are also 2 euro recliners with ottomans and an end table. For entertainment you will enjoy the large TV. We enjoyed the dining table and the 4 chairs. 2 of the chairs are folding chairs that can be easily stored when not needed. But we always needed them when we had people over to play cards. The kitchen island provides lots of storage with its two shelves and drawers. It also has electricity in it which came in handy many a time. There are two pantries with slide out drawers which may be my favorite feature. They hold a lot of stuff and makes them very easy to access. The cabinets above and below with lots of drawers round out the kitchen storage. There are even cabinets in the hall leading to the bedroom. The bedroom has storage under the queen bed, in the cabinets along one wall, and in the 3 closets. 2 of the closets is all the way across the front of the unit. 1 of these is prepped for a washer/dryer combo. There is also an area above the cabinets prepped for a TV. Other extras include the power roof vents in both the kitchen and the bath, both front and rear electric jacks, an electric awning, a slide for easy access to basement storage and generator prep.
