22 ft. beautiful birchwood interior. $7,700.00
We are entertaining any reasonable offers!!
Has new frig & micro. Original Stove & furnace work.
6 gal hot water heater.
All interior has been sanded and refinished by a professional painter.
New paint
All windows pulled out and resealed with butyl tape. along with all corner joints.
when windows were out we replaced the wood framing in the front and rear and the wall near the dinette area. Replaced or repaired the trusses troughout and Reinforced the wood trusses with angle iron. Insulated and vapor rapped it. We didn't skimp on any repairs but did it up right.
Roof was stripped and resealed and coated.
We relpaced a porta potty with a vintagefoot flush toilet. Bathroom also has a sink, no shower.
Sleeps 6.
Oak Hard Wood Flooring. New curtains and upholstrey...It's just beautiful...
Updated water lines.
The underbody has also been undercoated!
New tires and ready to go.

We have been in both the building and painting trades for many years. We both have worked in many highend homes in Northern Mich. Now are dedicated to putting Vintage campers back on the road and in camp grounds where they belong.
