INCLUDING A 4 YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY! 2011 Coachmen Catalina 30QBS, I bought this unit brand new from a dealer in April 2011 and put it on a seasonal site at a campground. It has stayed there ever since.We have used the unit about 3 times. We are transferring out of state so I would like to sell this to make the move a little easier. It is a 30ft model (34ft overall) that will sleep at least 10 people. There is a bedroom with a queen size bed and also 4 bunks in the rear with a door and its own tv hookups. There are too many options to list, so I will just list a few. It has a large slide room, 2-30lb propane bottles with auto switch over, 6 gal dsi gas/electric water heater with bypass, ducted furnace and a/c, built in am/fm, CD, DVD player, I will include the new 24 lcd tv, marine grade outdoor speakers, 18' ELECTRIC awning, vent covers on roof vents, and outside shower. A full brochure can be found on the coachmen site. I also have a brand new weight distributing hitch with sway bar-never used. The trailer brake controller is also included. Basically everything in the unit is included except personal items. Dishes can stay. All water hoses, sewer hoses, etc will be included. You could literally buy today and camp tomorrow. Just bring your food. This is a large very nice unit that is just like brand new. This unit sells for more than this for just the trailer! Please contact me with any questions.
