Description
2007 Cruiser by Crossroads Model CF30SK We have purchased property at the lake and no longer need the trailer. The interior looks great. Kitchen/dining area ceiling is 8 foot and has a ceiling fan. Bedroom is up front and bed slides out, closet has sliding mirrors for doors with lighting inside. Day/night window shades. Battery has been replaced last summer. Lots of storage inside and under the trailer. Most of the storage areas are lighted. Ducted heat and air conditioning. Sleeps 6. Two Swivel rocking chairs and foldout sofa. Large rear window. Awning is in great shape. 25 inch TV, DVD, AM/FM Radio, with surround sound and bedroom speakers. Fold down tv antenna. Kitchen has three burner stove with oven, microwave, range hood and 6 cu ft refrigerator with wood grain to match cabinets. Bathroom has a corner shower with glass doors, vanity, stool and two cabinets. Lp gas, co2 and smoke detectors. Centrally located controls for slides, hot water tank (lp or electric), tank monitors. Has two gray water tanks and one black water tank. Hitch jacks are power up and down. Ladder on back for roof excess. Comes with spare tire and two lp tanks. I installed MAX AIR covers on all of the crank up vents. Aluminum construction with gel coated fiberglass siding. Trailer weighs only 7990 lbs empty and is 32 foot overall. The sun has caused the graphics to crack on the front and left side (cosmetic only).
