1972 Bumper Pull Camper Trailer

Description
Take a trip back into the 70's with this awesome camper! It's called a Twilight Bungalow. We are currently enjoying it, but are moving to a bigger place soon, so must sell by August. It's not the most attractive trailer, but given it's age, it's very solid and livable. THE PROS: We have clear title. Roof mounted A/C will freeze you out!! Fridge/Freezer measures 3' X 2' and freezes solid. 4 burner stove/oven & water heater work last time we checked it. New 30 amp electrical cord. Plumbing is solid & works well & there is a new looking water pump. Full size porcelain bathtub with shower, color is retro green!! Wood paneling throughout & nice wooden cabinets with all hardware intact. Back in Feb. when the weather was still cold, we used 1 space heater & it heated the entire trailer. All light fixtures work fine & have decorative heavy duty globes. 3 sets of swivel spot lights. lots of storage cabinets (13to be exact) and 2 small closets in bathroom. 2 twin size bunks which are quite comfortable. Tile on floor is original & very "old school" looking, but no damage. Ceiling has evidence of prior leaking, but has not leaked since we've had it, and there has been alot of storms out here! THE CONS: There is a slight propane leak in the oven when it's turned on, but we havent had it checked or fixed yet, as we were planning to move anyway. This could probably be fixed by someone who knows about that stuff, or just do as we do & use electrical appliances. There is a light in the shower that needs replacing, we just don't use it. Propane tanks are old, but I have 1 newer one that will go with the trailer. That's about it. Must come by & see to appreciate all it offers; please don't let the age fool you, it's very comfortable & livable, it's just too small for us & that's why we want to sell it. Would be perfect for a small family to live in, or for a deer lease. No frills, just reliable quality! E mail me with any question. Have title in hand. $2300 is somewhat negotiable. Trailer is currently set up in an RV park on Lake Fork, Emory Tx & we are paid up till August so it must be sold & moved before then. BUYER MUST MOVE TRAILER. Also comes with a small, no frills porch.
