694031 - Newmar is one of the most trusted names in quality RV construction. This RV is in immaculate condition and was rarely used. This has the convenience and entertainment packages. It has polar pak R19 insulation, enclosed underbelly, full spare, upgraded decor, ground mount satellite dish prep, washer dryer prep, 4 dinette chairs, gelcoat fiberglass sidewalls, rear ladder, polished aluminum wheels, ceiling fan, surround sound built in and much more. This has 3 power slides and is very roomy. 2 bunk beds in the back gives the kids their own bedroom. The weight is approximately 12,900 pounds and trailers very well. I pull it with a Chevy Silverado 2500HD with a V8 Gas engine. You will not find a more stable trailering 5th wheel. Price includes a 3300 Superglide 5th wheel hitch, a $2000 value.
