2008 Heartland Razor 3312, 33 feet, has a new roof and canopy fabric and new "e" rated tires installed in the summer of 2012. It also has a fueling station for those that want to use it for motor sports. It is very good for kayaking also because the cargo area is open to the living area of the trailer so kayaks over 14' can be transported. The a/c and heat is ducted, there is a very nice bathroom with a roomy shower and toilet area. It also has an oven and stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, entertainment system, thermostatically controlled power roof vent and two king size beds that operate on an electric lift so they can be raised over the cargo area and the bottom bed converts to a couch.
