Brand new sofa bed (January 2012) - Brand new heavy duty Michelin tires (all 6 changed on Sep 2011) Brand new house/coach batteries (February 2012) Brand new Atwood Water Heater which can be heated with engine heat, gas, or electric (Sep 2011) Brand new high-volume 5.7 gpm water pump (August 2012) Brand new LED flat panel TV to replace the old CRT TV - forgot the size, but its big, like 36" to 40"

The following items needs dressing up, it should not cost more than a few hundred dollars:
- peeling paint on roof cap
- a little cut on its chin to the left of front license plate
- the rear of the bus has an aftermarket engine cover, it needs a string to stay in place
- engine oil cap is loose, it is using a rubber to close it tight (cheap part)
- porch light plastic cover over door came off in the carwash (cheap part)
- front cladding on wiper arm fell of during a wind gust (useless part)
- awning over front door isn't working, so i zip-tied it closed and never used it (frivolous..just use an umbrella)
I've had everything regularly service by Freightliner, Cummins, and even HWH headquarters serviced the slide early this year, everything is working fantastic. It has 75,000 highway miles, its constant use guarantees that this is a very reliable rig. This is not a "pavement queen" with stuck up cylinders and plugged up injectors. Nothing has to be changed or purchased in the next several years, because the major wear and tear items (tires, batteries) have already been changed and upgraded. All systems are 100% - even the air conditioner was brought down, cleaned and serviced, running great. Generator is fantastic, constant oil changes before every trip. Fuel filter, oil etc charge air cooler, full service chassis, tires, belts, hoses, are all inspected and replaced as necessary. My wife and I will hop into this thing and drive cross country with no hesitation. Need to sell it because I've moved overseas for assignment for several years. It is currently consigned at a dealership in Las Vegas where you can take a look at it. If you deal with me directly, I will pay the penalty to the dealer to break the consignment fee from them.
