Original owner and non smoker. heat-pump/ac option, dual pane windows that don't sweat and also make the RV considerably quieter as well. Solid surface counter tops, full size microwave. Dexter EZ Ride axles. Queen loft bed atop the garage area. The standard couch was replaced with and apartment size version, room to stretch out and much more comfortable than small factory couch. Ample storage space. Electric Awning, Sony play station 2 included DVD CD BlueRay and of course Sony play station games. Also central vac system, and a 4 cubic foot mini refrigerator located in the garage that can be accessed from the outside of the RV via lockable door. This same cabinet is plumbed for a washer dryer combo if you would prefer that over the refrigerator. The main refrigerator is 8 cubic feet. A 12 gal dsi/gas/elec water heater gives ample hot water. The fireplace not only adds ambiance but will heat the entire living area in moderate temperatures. I have also added a large version whole house water filer and household style pressure regulator with liquid filled pressure gauge that protects the water system of the RV. I have mounted a Aquasana 2 stage under counter water filter with brushed nickle dispenser. The garage is fitted with one wheeldock sized for a touring bike with additional heavy duty, owner installed tie downs. A rear screen door pulls down from the rear cargo door. The wheeldock can be removed from the RV easily and used in your homes garage to save space as it keeps the bike in an upright position. Call Steve 904-838-5336.
