1999 NEWMAR DUTCHSTAR 38' 300 HP DIESEL EXCELLENT CONDITION READY TO GO ANYWHERE - NON SMOKING, NO PETS!!!

This is coach approx 38 foot. This coach is a Dutch Star by Newmar model 3865 built on a Freightliner Chassis. This coach is decent when compared to a new motorhome. It is 14 years old. To be 14 years old this coach is pretty nice.
This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach.
There are 2 roof AC units that both work. The engine or dash AC does not blow cold air.
The 300hp Cat DIESEL engine runs as it should, no problems. The Allison 6 speed automatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, no problems. An diesel generator is in good working condition. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This coach is in decent shape, please consider that it is 10 years old this means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent 10 year old coach that is USED this is it. There are no known roof leaks at this time.
This coach can sleep a total of 4.There is room for two in the rear bed. The sofa converts
to a bed for 2 kids.
This coach is DECENT when you consider the year, and compare it to a normally used coach.
Its probably not nice, when you compare it to your neighbors never used always garaged RV.
The tires have good tread 22.5 inch aluminium wheels. The tires look ok. The carpet looks
good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be
concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory.
Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units.

I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and
satisfied than disappointed when you buy this coach.
I have searched the internet and the market and I find no other unit near this price and value. It is truly priced for quick sale.
