This coach is approx 39 foot. This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There are 2 roof AC units that both work. The 300hp Cummins 8.3 liter DIESEL engine runs as it should, no problems. The engine or dash AC also works. The Allison 6 speed automatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, no problems. An Onan diesel generator is in good working condition. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. The main awning is electric and also works.There are no known roof leaks at this time. This coach can sleep a total of 4. There is room for two in the rear bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2 kids. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch aluminium wheels.There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Dual Roof A/C, Gas Water Heater, Diesel generator, Furnace, Diesel Fuel, 2 A/C units, 7 KW generator.
