Avg nada guide is $14, 750 and low is 12,250. top of the line fifth wheel, built much better than the competition, this has 3 - 8 lug axles compared to most with only two, 12,560 empty, 18,000gvwr . this is a " all season " model with insulated compartments and undersides, extra water tank, washer and dryer hook up, 3 slides, central vac, dual a/c , upgrades on sinks and faucets, satellite ready, queen memory foam in master bedroom, dual 30lbs propane, large basement and front storage. would consider partial trade for smaller fifth wheel, older jeep running or not, small toy hauler or rhino / rzr or joyner. a minimum of $6000 cash is still our goal. this truly is a very , very nice 5th wheel. theres lots of choices out there, but none comparable in this price range, crossroads is always rated in the top quality built fifth wheels and the older ones like this one were built even better. awnings on all windows in great shape, slides also have Carefree of Colorado retractable roof shades / awnings, these work fine but the stitching needs to be redone on the trailer end. the electric fireplace was removed and a marine diesel stove / heater was installed giving great warmth and a true flame and only used 1.2 gallons per day. the trailer has central propane heat as well.
