Stock Number: 708773. The unit is in excellent condition and has had inside winter storage since we owned it. The listed length is 31'.8". The unit has one large slide including the couch and table area. With a sleeping capacity of 8, you have the master bedroom in the front, the couch pulls out into a queen bed, table folds down for a sleeping area and two large bunks in the bunkhouse. The bunkhouse is wired for TV in the entertainment/closet area. The main area includes the TV and Stereo with the stereo wired throughout the unit. The kitchen includes a double sink, microwave, three burner stove with oven, and refrigerator freezer. The bathroom area features a tub/shower unit along with extra storage cabinets. There is plenty of storage area inside and out. The interior provides large areas of closet and cabinet space throughout. The outside storage area is phenomenal including the rear flip-up garage door area. This area is shown in the photos. Central ducted heat and air conditioning. The rubber roof was replaced in 2011 due to a small tear from a tree branch. A new awning canvas was installed in 2012 and (4) new tires in 2013. The camper has had annual dealer service since owned. The striping on the passenger side of the vehicle has peeled slightly; however, the driver's side is excellent. It would be very difficult to find a cleaner, better maintained unit.
