Description
Up for Auction: 2009 Keystone RP3602R
Raptor 36 Camper. This is a very nice
camper inside and out. This camper is
equipped with two propane tanks, The
camper comes with 3 Sony LCD TVs , the
one in the bed room has a built in DVD
player, there is a stainless under cabinet
fridge in the back room, and has a GWVR
of 16,500lbs. It appears to sleep 6-7 people
and does not include a spare tire. This
camper comes to us with a freshwater leak
from the factory that has been repaired.
No water damage could be located. The 5th
wheel is in good condition and shows normal
wear. All access covers are in good
condition and function as they should. This
camper is equipped with an Onon 5500
Generator that runs and functions as it
should. The electronic jacks function as
they should. The electric awning extends
and retracts as it should and is in good
condition. The right side graphics have a few
worn and faded spots. All slide out rooms
extend and retract as they should. The tires
are in good condition and show normal wear.
The siding on this camper has various scuffs
throughout; there is a small dent in the right
rear corner. The rear leveling jacks are in
good condition. The rear lighting functions
as it should. The rear cargo door is in good
condition and functions as it should. The
roof access ladder is in good condition. All
the windows are in good condition. The rear
fuel hose system is in good condition and
appears to function as it should. The roof
is in good condition and shows normal wear.
The undercarriage is in good condition and
shows normal wear. The master bedroom is
in good condition. The front bathroom is in
good condition. The wall next to steps has a
chip in finish. The kitchen and living areas
are in good condition. All appliances
function as they should. The rear bathroom
is in good condition. The floors and walls,
and upholstery are in good condition. The
rear room is in good condition. The
automatic couch lift functions as it should.
Overall this camper is good condition with
minor wear.
