The dimensions on the trailer are 30' long x 8' wide x 11' tall. The front pull out pulls out to a total of 11' from the door to the back and th e back pull out measures 10' to the back to front when opened. This unit also comes with a pull out canopy that is in perfect condition and easy to pull out and stow for some outside activities. The AC and the heater on this unit work perfectly and were just tested! This unit will easily sleep 6 with the main bed, couch bed and bunk bed. In the rear of the trailer is the full bathroom. Toilet, shower and sink all look new and work perfectly! The inside of this unit was just cleaned and the cabinets were oiled. It still smells new! This trailer was bought new in September of 2007 for $34,000 with a clean title and no accidents reported. Included is the original receipt and all books and papers that came when bought.
