Description
We **MUST SELL** our 2014 5th Wheel Open Range
Roamer, model 316RLS! It is in EXCELLENT/LIKE
NEW condition. We bought it a little over a year
ago when MSRP was $54000. Unfortunately we are
no longer able to use it as much as we had hoped
for.
We are looking for someone who will enjoy this
trailer as much as we did! Because it is a Four
Seasons trailer, your options of where to take
it are endless. It would be perfect for beach
camping, with an outdoor shower hookup and
propane connection for a grill, or perfect for
chilly nights in the mountains with its built in
fireplace in the living room.
The kitchen has a three-burner stove with oven,
island/breakfast bar with a sink and beautiful
Corian countertops, spice pantry, and plenty of
storage.
The living/dining area has a pull out couch, two
recliners, 4 chair dining table, and an electric
fireplace which can be used with or without
heat.
The bedroom has a full, sliding glass door
closet, dresser, storage under the bed, and
washer/dryer hookups. The space fits a queen
size mattress.
Other amenities include 3 slide outs for a very
spacious feel, an electric pull out awning with
LED lighting, one touch AUTOMATIC leveling
system (set-up is a breeze!!!), King Pin
stabilizer, and an indoor/outdoor sound system.
We will also include all power cords for
hookups.
