1970 Californian Camp Trailer

Cozy camp trailer with two beds. Back couch
folds into a bed, front table also folds into a
bed. Sleeps 4 comfortably, sleeps 12
uncomfortably. Trailer has been sitting for a
number of years, tires will likely have to be
replaced. Plates have PTI tags, clean title, no
pink slip has been located at this time. Trailer
comes slightly furnished with cooking utensils
and cookware. It appears that there is some
slight water damage to the back right side of
the roof, this is not extensive damage. Plastic-
like covering of the ceiling has begun to
detach, however the wood underneath appears to
still be in very good condition. See photos for
water damage and peeling plastic.
