This trailer has been pulled to fairplay
once only and someone lived in for
awhile on my property

There are cosmetic issues such as a
whole in bathroom door and some peeling
of the laminate and a few burn wholes in
cushions
Exterior is in amazing condition

going for 8k or more i would say 600
dollars will fix all of cosmetic issues
