Seller Number: 730945. This is a 2013 Salem Ice Cabin 8x16FK. I bought it new in July of 2013. This unit has been perfect and trouble free. It has an oven, three burner cook top, forced air furnace, hole and outside lights, radio/CD player, TV antenna, and is wired for underwater cameras and an air conditioner. The furnace is still under warranty until August of 2018. I replaced the battery in 2016. It is all original except that I added the three roof vent covers, coat hooks, and had some winter camo cushion covers made. I also had matching curtains made that I never installed. I still have the original cushion covers too. The inside is very nice with the cedar wood. The closet has some decent space. There is storage under the right side seat. The converter is under the left side seat. It has three electric jacks. You can also run both of the side jacks from inside. There is a tool to manually crank the jacks up or down if it were ever needed. It has been on the ice three times and worked perfect. It was mostly parked at my house or on family property in Ely. It has been on four hunting trips pretty close to home and two trips to Madeline Island and that's about it. Everything is in working order and it's ready to use. I looked at the other brands and these ones definitely had a higher build quality. It's been the perfect size, not too big or small. My F-150 pulls it just fine. You'll need a 2 5/16 ball. The clear title is in my name so it will be an easy sale. This one is really nice and you would be saving some big money instead of buying new. Call, text, or email Jesse 651-323-8766.
