Description
Price: $18,000. This is the perfect TT for a family. It is 1/2 ton
towable approximately 5800 lbs dry. It sleeps 9 with the couch
and U dinette converted, 5 with no converting. The slider doors
make the MB up front private, queen bed, 2 mirrored wardrobes
with overhead connecting cabinets and storage under the bed.
The living area couch and dinette are in the large slideout.
There is 28" tv that swivels around to MB, dvd, cd, am/fm radio,
internal/external speakers. The kitchen has good cabinet place
and pantry cabinet, double sink, oven, hood and microwave, 6
cf refrigerator/freezer, roof vent has 3 speed reversible exhaust
fan. Bathroom has shower/tub combination, sink vanity, toilet,
upgraded exhaust fan. Bunkroom in the back has 3 bunks, large
wardrobe and 3 drawers. Ducted gas heat, 15000btu ducted
AC, 6gal water heater, 2 30lb LP tanks, vent covers, ladder,
slideout awning, electric tongue jack and stabilizers, electric
awning, black tank flush, outside shower, aluminum wheels.
Outside kitchen has sink, hot/cold water, 2 burner gas cook top,
4.3 cf refrigerator, swing arm bracket for included gas grill,
cabinets. Extras include: weight distribution hitch, sway
controller, brake controller, camp rugs, Thule removable outside
counter top, removable Thule garbage container. Lots of
storage inside and out. In great condition, I am the original
owner and stored under a RV carport when not in use. |
