Description
Seller Number: 740022. One guy at the storage place said, it is the nicest used RV he has ever seen. This RV was my home for 4 months and is mechanic owned, I am the second owner. I have fixed, replaced or improved everything. 27,000 original miles, tires are brand new with 300 miles, porcelain toilet, entire interior is LED, 3/4 full tank of propane and gasoline, Hott Rod electric water heater installed on top of gas, brand new dump hose, 6 inch dump pipe extension, dump pipe elbow with anti siphon rinse nozzle and rinse wand to go in the toilet side, 2 month old drinkable water hose with 2 extra filters, 16 and 25 foot regular hoses, 2 trays in basement full of extra parts and breakable items, I cleaned the entire interior-could use a carpet cleaning, 25 foot electric line with another 25 foot extension, the awning is 3 years old, 454 industrial block that runs like a top, oil changed 200 miles ago, replaced all the light lenses that were damaged-the rest were washed, microwave works awesome, brand new gray water valve, brand new screen door latch assembly, VHS-DVD-Blue ray player, 32 inch flat screen in front with a 24 inch flat screen in bedroom, sleeps 6, master bed is a real queen and not an RV bed-I am 6 foot 2 and hated having my feet hang off the end, incredible amount of storage both inside and in basement, brand new wheel chocks, brand new stabilizer platforms, fully computerized-automatic leveling jacks, rear camera, heated mirrors, Arctic package, sound system with speakers in bedroom, etched glass, exterior does not have the usual exterior peeling for one of this age, no cracks in dash at all, was kept in a barn unless used, 5.5 Onan generator, 6 gallon water heater, dual A/C and heat, spice rack, the entire interior is oak hardwood-no filler woods, antenna is HD, and so much more. It even has white leather front captains chairs. I made and installed window shade stops so they do not hang so low and get stuck, bunch of sticky hooks to hang towels, hats, oven mitts, that kind of stuff. The only thing this needs is to have 2 inches of weld for the automatic steps redone, it broke 3 days before I stored it. This is the perfect turn the key and drive RV.
