This motor coach is a looker and a RUNNER. Written appraisal is $25,000 & we are only selling due to a family illness. It is in COLLECTIBLE condition. We are open to all reasonable offers and negotiable. It has been our home and daily driver for over 4 years. We have driven from WAY north- south, coast- coast 'round trip, across major mountains throughout America, crossed the desert twice, traveled thru 3 below 0 weather and 2 hurricanes!
She has 67, 200 miles, is 23' long with dual rear wheels, current plate & registration. She is WELL maintained with a 440/ v8 that can easily tow a full sized vehicle, boat or trailer.
The oil & filter were recently changed and always done timely, as well as all other mechanical work. This motor home easily sleeps 4-5 adults. Features include a large antenna, shower, tub, 2 skylights (both with screens & 1 has a fan), toilet, bathroom sink and a privacy divider/ door. The full kitchen includes 2 sinks, a large oven with a 4 burner range, exhaust hood and 'fridge.
This rv also has ac/ central heat, cruise, am/fm, SPOTLESS leather/ cloth seats, a CLEAN dash (without scratches, chips or dents), recently replaced carpet & upholstery, refinished cabinetry, a tow hitch with ball, etc. There are many drawers, large closets & lots of storage space. Extras are also included in the sale.
You may notice the plywood & cardboard over the new Berber carpet, as well as the sheets on the dash & seats. This is our way of keeping things nice for the buyer.
Delivery is possible anywhere as she runs GREAT. Due to her vintage status she is smog exempt in just about every state despite being a clean runner. The motor home also does not have computer chips which can create diagnostic headaches/ hefty repair bills and runs fine on the cheapest fuel in the USA; 87 octane. We do run high test every blue moon but not at all vital.
