Description
We purchased this Great West Van last winter ($22K) in preparation for a spring trip to Wisconsin to see friends. We just got back (5/18)from our 5000 mile trip, so now it's time to move this RV on to the next owner.
The van worked perfect for us. Engine (no oil used at all) and transmission ran quiet and smooth, and we enjoyed having our own little "home" while on the road though we could park where autos park. Great memories.
Dodge Ram 3500 1- ton chassis 5.9 liter engine with 73,058 miles 13-15 mpg 4 new Goodyear Wrangler tires (less than a month old) New battery (less than a month old) LPG (propane) Onan 2.5 KVD generator with only 108 hours 3 captain chairs Upper bunk bed, plus dining area in back converts to a bed Black, gray, and fresh water tanks Bathroom closet with toilet and sink 2-way refrigerator 2-burner stove Water heater Propane furnace Microwave Coffee maker Roof-top A/C (as well as in-dash A/C) AM/FM Stereo with CD player - 4 speakers Ventilation Fan 120V to 12V converter Retrofitted with interior LED light bulbs Coach battery Awning Systems monitor panel Tinted windows with blinds Lots of storage Class 3 trailer hitch and 7-way connector 6' 2"+ headroom inside (what did I miss?)
Before we left on our trip, these maintenance items were done: Engine oil and filter change coolant change new plugs, distributor cap and rotor, and ignition wires front end lubed
Arriving home last week, the engine oil and filter were changed.
This Great West Van is road-ready and I wouldn't hesitate to drive it cross-country again. All appliances work as they should. The Van is in very nice shape, though it shows some normal signs of use and age. $18,500 OBO |
