Description
One owner. We purchased this new in July, 2013.
Used a few months, then bought a house in Central
Point. Only a few brief trips after that. Like
new. (only exception is some staining on the
awning) which is electric. Nice feature.
Super clean, inside and out, Has had no smokers,
no pets, not even any kids
Blue book NADA for this trailer is $20,850 for
average
Will consider reasonable offers
outside speaker from radio/ cd player inside.
quick disconnect for propane bbq (not included)
pass-through bathroom is very convenient for
families as the doors to the bedroom can be closed
and the BR can be used by others in the living
room and still maintain privacy.
New roof seal (6/2018)
New batteries (4/2018)
low miles on the tires.
pass through front compartment holds many items.
shades on all windows but 2 in kitchen which have
blinds.
vents with fans in living room ( "fantastic fan")
will close if it rains, and simple one in bathroom
skylights in kitchen, shower, and bedroom. Lots of
light
lots of storage. Under both dinette benches, the
"jackknife" couch, and about 1/3 under the queen
bed.
Cork flooring throughout. So easy to keep clean.
Just a little strip of carpet under the couch.
Including many extras: such as the equalizer
hitch. Sewer Solution brand sewer system.
currently has a Sleep Comfort Queen size mattress.
Will leave if wanted.No other mattress to go with.
We added a 19" tv in the bedroom, wall mounted.
Will leave for new owner.
includes 4 tire covers, not pretty but functional.
Tires have always been covered when not in use.
